Hey Wanderers!

Mark your calendars because the Calgary Justice Film Festival (CJFF) is back for its 19th year, and it’s an event you don’t want to miss! From November 21-23, The Confluence (formerly Fort Calgary) will be the place to experience some of the most thought-provoking documentaries focused on social and environmental justice.

What’s Happening at the Calgary Justice Film Festival?

CJFF will feature a lineup of 21 impactful documentaries, both short and feature-length, that dive deep into critical issues affecting our world today. It’s not just about watching films — it’s about sparking change. After each screening, you’ll have the chance to join engaging discussions with filmmakers and local experts, making for a truly immersive experience.

Explore the Peace Market!

One of our favourite parts? The Peace Market on Saturday, November 23, from 11 AM to 6 PM! Picture a lively marketplace buzzing with local vendors, unique crafts, tasty snacks, and plenty of opportunities to connect with non-governmental organizations and volunteer groups. It’s a great way to shop local, learn about the incredible work happening in our community, and get inspired to take action.
