What is Krafty Hands?
Krafty Hands (formerly Fun Craft) has been a leader in arts, crafts, and entertainment since 1989, and now they’ve brought that expertise to Calgary. They specialize in birthday parties, themed events, and drop-in creative experiences for both kids and adults. While their space is definitely a kid’s dreamland—with activities like slime-making, tie-dye, and painting parties—there’s plenty for adults to enjoy too.
Our Experience: Painting Ceramics
We decided to go all in on nostalgia and make slime, and it was so much fun. We haven’t made or played with slime since we were kids, and it was amazing how instantly satisfying it was.
From picking the colours and textures to squishing and stretching it, the whole process was pure fun. It’s the kind of activity that makes you feel like a kid again, and we left wondering why we ever stopped making slime in the first place!
